NOTICE OF FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS:

We recently identified unauthorized “card testing” activity processed through our payment provider. These transactions did NOT involve our customers or our website. All affected charges are being refunded as soon as possible, and the matter has been reported to our processor. The programming team at EProcessing Network is investigating. If you see an unfamiliar charge from us, your card may have been compromised elsewhere — please contact your card issuer immediately.

Scammers often run small “card test” transactions through random legitimate businesses to check whether stolen or compromised card numbers are active. Because the fraudsters route transactions through merchants, the merchant name that appears on your statement does not mean the cardholder is responsible or that the charge originated from that merchant. If you see an unfamiliar charge from us, it likely means your card number was exposed elsewhere — please contact your card issuer immediately to report the fraud and request a new card. We are actively working on refunding the unauthorized charges and reported the activity to our payment processor.
