Current Production Status (last updated 3/08/12):

Upper Receivers are typically produced in batches of 50 to 60 units. Usually, 10 of these are Flat Top Versions.

The MAX-11 and MAX-10 Upper Receivers are built in 4 phases.

Phase I- Order parts and mold grips and grip side panels.

Phase II- Receive Front and rear sights, top rail, trunnion and flats for sheet metal parts. Form sheet metal, TIG weld and send out for maganese phosphate finishing.

Phase III- Receive upper receivers, barrels, bolt weights, cocking pins and retaining pins and final assemble.

Phase IV- Test fire upper receivers and notify customers.
